EDUCATION (PRIMARY SCHOOLS) (IMPLEMENTATION OF REFORMS) ORDER 2024

The Minister responsible for education, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Education (Primary Schools) Temporary Act 2023, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Education (Primary Schools)(Implementation of Reforms) Order 2024.

Amends Schedule

2 The Schedule to the Education (Primary Schools) Temporary Act 2023 is amended—

(a) by inserting “(a)” immediately before “Francis Patton Primary School”;

(b) by inserting “(b)” immediately before “Purvis Primary School”;

(c) by inserting after paragraph (b) the names of the following primary schools—

“ (c) Dalton E. Tucker Primary School

(d) East End Primary School

(e) Elliot Primary School

(f) Harrington Sound Primary School

(g) Paget Primary School

(h) St. David’s Primary School

(i) Victor Scott Primary School

(k) West Pembroke Primary School ”.
