The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the National Pension Scheme (Occupational Pensions) Amendment Act 2025, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the National Pension Scheme (Occupational Pensions) Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Day Notice 2025.

Commencement

2 The National Pension Scheme (Occupational Pensions) Amendment Act 2025 shall come into operation on 11 December 2025.
