In exercise of the powers conferred on the Governor by Article 3(1) of the Environment Protection (Overseas Territories) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/1084 U.K.), the following Regulations are hereby made:—

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Overseas Territories)(Specified Amount) Regulations 1989.

Specified amount

2 The amount of five thousand dollars is hereby specified which amount is to be taken as equivalent to each sum that is expressed in sterling in Schedule 1 to the Environment Protection (Overseas Territories) Order 1988 [title 20 item 16].
