FUGITIVE OFFENDERS (DESIGNATED COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) ORDER 1987

[made under section 2(1) of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 (as modified, adapted and extended to Bermuda by the Fugitive Offenders (Bermuda) Order 1967 (UK SI 1905 of 1967) [title 8 item 38] and brought into operation on 16 April 1987]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Fugitive Offenders (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order 1987.

Designation of certain countries

2 The following countries are hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 [title 8 item 38] - Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Saint Christopher and Nevis.
