GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (HEALTH INSURANCE) (RATES) ORDER 2001

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 12 of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986, makes the following Order:— [NB references to "standard hospital benefit" substituted by "standard health benefit" by
2015 : 26 s. 10 effective 29 June 2015. These amendments are not individually noted.]
Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1 April 2001.
Rates
2 The rates of contribution to be paid by or in respect of an insured person shall be as specified in the Schedule.
Revokes BR25/2000
3 The Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order 2000 is revoked.
