GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (HEALTH INSURANCE) NOTICE 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister of Finance by section 2(1A) of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986, the following notice is hereby given:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Notice

2010.

Bermuda Health Council employees prescribed as government employees

2 A person employed by the Bermuda Health Council is hereby prescribed as a government employee for the purposes of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986 with effect from 1 April 2010.
