BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

GOVERNMENT HOUSING AREA (TOP SQUARE, ST. GEORGE'S)
[made under section 2 of the Government Housing Areas Act 1971 [title 29 item 4] and brought into operation on 8 June 1974]
The following area of land the property of the Government is hereby declared to be a housing area:
TOP SQUARE ESTATE An area of land within the municipal area of St. George known as "Top Square", approximately 7.769 acres in extent, bounded on the North and East by the boundary of the grounds reserved for the Single Police Officers' Quarters, a portion of the Old Military Road and the boundary of the Government Clinic, on the South by a portion of the road known as Barrack Hill, on the West by a footpath and stairway providing access to the properties known as "Paradise" and "Arcadia", by the Eastern boundary of the grounds of "Arcadia", by the junction of Slippery Hill and Top Square Road, and by Top Square Road as more fully delineated and verged in red on Plan No. 5/7/27A prepared by the Department of Works and Engineering and deposited at the offices of the Department.
