GOVERNMENT LOANS (SUSPENSION OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION TO SINKING FUND) ORDER 2010

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12AA of the Government Loans Act 1978, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Government Loans (Suspension of Annual Contribution to Sinking Fund) Order 2010.

Suspension of annual contribution to sinking fund without interest

2 The contribution to the sinking fund for the financial year 2009-2010, which would otherwise be payable under section 12(2) of the Government Loans Act 1978, shall be suspended for a period of twelve months without incurring the interest which would otherwise be payable under section 12(4) of that Act.
