GOVERNOR'S (BERMUDA REGIMENT POWERS) DELEGATION DIRECTIONS 1998

[made under subsection (2) of section 62 of the Bermuda Constitution Order 1968 [title 2 item 1] and brought into operation on 14 August 1998]

Citation

1 These Directions may be cited as the Governor's (Bermuda Regiment Powers) Delegation Directions 1998.

Delegation of certain powers in relation to the Regiment

2 There is delegated to the Minister from time to time charged with conduct of Security Services (Delegated Responsibility) responsibility for the following matters relating to the administration of the Bermuda Regiment, that is to say—

recruitment; community relations; budget; answers to questions raised in the House of Assembly and the Senate.
