HEALTH INSURANCE (FUTURECARE PLAN) (ENROLMENT) ORDER 2011

The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section 13C(3) of the Health Insurance Act 1970, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance (FutureCare Plan) (Enrolment) Order 2011.

Enrolment

2 Commencing on 1 April 2011, any person who is over the age of 65 may be enrolled in the FutureCare plan.

Commencement

3 This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2011.
