HEALTH INSURANCE (MUTUAL RE-INSURANCE FUND) (PRESCRIBED SUM) ORDER 2014

The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3A(2A) of the Health Insurance Act 1970, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2014.

Prescribed sum

2 In respect of each insured person, there shall be paid out of the Mutual Re- Insurance Fund—

(a) to the Health Insurance Fund, the sum of $35.89 per month;

(c) to the Bermuda Health Council, the sum of $1.00 per month;

(d) to the Board, the sum of $231.33 per month.

Revokes Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2012

3 The Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2012 is revoked.

Commencement

4 This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2014.
