[made under section 7(2) of the Housing Allowance Act 1988 [title 29 item 6] and brought into operation on 1 April 1998]

Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Housing Allowance (Affordable Housing Percentage) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1 April

1998.

Affordable housing percentage

2 The affordable housing percentage is specified as fifteen to twenty-five percent.

Rescinds BR66/1988

3 The Housing Allowance (Affordable Housing Percentage) Order

1988 is rescinded.
