HOUSING ALLOWANCE (ALLOWABLE PERCENTAGE) ORDER

[made under section 7(2) of the Housing Allowance Act 1988 [title 29 item 6] and brought into operation on 1 April 1998]

Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Housing Allowance (Allowable Percentage) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1 April 1998.

Allowable percentage

2 The allowable percentage is specified as eighty-five to ninety percent.

Rescinds BR45/1989

3 The Housing Allowance (Allowable Percentage) Order 1989 is rescinded.
