HOUSING ALLOWANCE (LOW INCOME CUTOFF LEVEL)

ORDER 1998[made under section 7(2) of the Housing Allowance Act 1988 [title 29 item 6]

and brought into operation on 1 April 1998]

Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Housing Allowance (Low-Income Cutoff Level) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1 April 1998.

Low-income cutoff level

2 The low-income cutoff level is specified as follows: Premises-Household Total monthly income of size persons residing at premises One person $2,170 Two persons $2,670 Three persons $3,150 Four persons $3,580 Five persons $3,960 Six persons $4,320 Seven persons $4,770 Eight persons $5,070
