INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS NOTICE 2017

His Excellency, the Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred by any provision to any of the Orders listed in Schedule 1 to the International Sanctions Regulations 2013 to maintain and publish a list of designated or listed persons constituting the target of financial sanctions and a list of restricted goods, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the International Sanctions Notice 2017.

Publication of lists

2 The web address https://www.gov.bm/international-sanctions-measures provides links to—

(a) the United Kingdom Treasury consolidated list of persons constituting the target of financial sanctions and relevant guidelines; and

(b) the consolidated list of restricted goods, in respect of each applicable Order, listed in Schedule 1 to the International Sanctions Regulations 2013, having the force of law in Bermuda.

Revokes International Sanctions Notice 2013

3 The International Sanctions Notice 2013 is revoked.
