BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT
SR&O 38/1967
LAND TAX (EXEMPTION) ORDER 1967
[made under section 3 of the Land Tax Act 1967 [title 14 item 32] and came into operation on 17 October 1967] His Excellency the Governor hereby declares the undermentioned valuation units (including the precincts thereof and appurtenances thereto) to be exempt from tax—
(a) the Distillation Plant owned by the Government;
(b) the Million Gallon Tank at Prospect owned by the Government;
(c) the premises on Queen Street, Hamilton, occupied by the Children's Library;
(d) the Ridgeway Home; and
(e) the Mariners' Club.
