LAND TAX (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2008

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(a) of the Land Tax Act 1967, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Land Tax (Exemption) Order

2008.

Exempted valuation unit

2 The valuation unit Old State House situated at 4 Princess Street, Town of St. George, GE 05 is exempt from tax.

Commencement

3 This Order shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
