LAND TAX (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2020

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(a) of the Land Tax Act 1967, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Land Tax (Exemption) Order 2020.

Exempted valuation units

2 The valuation units situated at 6 MW Solar Farm on the airport peninsula, Parish of St. George, the construction of which is to be completed in 2020, are exempt from tax with respect to their construction and management
