[made under section 3(a) of the Land Tax Act 1967 [title 14 item 32] and brought into operation on 1 July 1992]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Land Tax (U.S. Customs) Exemption Order 1992.

U.S. Customs Preclearance valuation units exempted

2 Each of the valuation units owned and occupied by the Government of the United States of America for the purpose of housing the staff of its Bermuda Customs Preclearance Service is exempt from tax.
