LAND VALUATION (EXCLUSION OF PROPERTIES) ORDER 1967

SR&O 33 / 1967

[made under section 3(1)(g) of the Land Valuation and Tax Act 1967 and brought into operation on 18 July 1967]

Each of the undermentioned valuation units to be valuation units is declared to be a valuation unit to be excluded from the draft valuation list:—

(a) All property exempt from taxes by virtue of section 17 of the Bermuda Hospitals Board Act 1970 [title 11 item 26].

(b) Any valuation unit owned and occupied by:—

(i) The Bermuda National Trust; or

(ii) The Audubon Society.

(c) Prospect Hospital.

(d) [Revoked by 2022 : 18 s. 3] [amended by 2022 : 18 s.3 effective 1 July 2022]

(e) The nature preserve known as Freer Cox Memorial Park, Devonshire Parish.

(f) Any valuation unit owned and occupied by a department of the Government.
