LAND VALUATION (PUBLIC UTILITY UNDERTAKINGS) ORDER

[made under section 1(1) of the Land Valuation and Tax Act 1967 [title 14 item 31] and brought into operation on 1 August 1967]

Each of the undermentioned undertakings is declared to be a public utility undertaking for the purposes of the Land Valuation and Tax Act 1967:— Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited. Bermuda Telephone Company Limited. Watlington Waterworks Limited.
