ACQUISITION OF LAND (ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS)

(FEES) REGULATIONS 1971

[made under section 25 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1970 [title 19 item 2] and brought into operation on 31 July 1971]

Fees

1 The fees payable in respect of any arbitration proceedings under the Acquisition of Land Act 1970 shall be as follows— To the Chairman of the arbitrators, for each day's attendance— $20.00. To each arbitrator, for each day's attendance-$15.00. To each witness summoned, for each day's attendance-$4.00 To any witness, being a specially qualified person, summoned to give professional evidence, for each day's attendance from— $5.00 to $15.00 as the chairman of the arbitrators may decide
