LIQUOR LICENCE (FORMS) REGULATIONS 1974

[made under sections 9(3) and 64 of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 and brought into operation on 1 January 1975]

1. Forms

(1) The form of notices of application, licences and permits for the purposes of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 [title 10 item 6] shall be as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, or as near thereto as the circumstances admit.

(2) Where a Licence A or Restaurant Licence is limited to the sale of beer and wine only the Licensing Authority shall endorse the licence with the words “Beer and Wine Only”.

FORM 2 “A” LICENCE

Issued under the Liquor Licence Act 1974
