MENTAL HEALTH (DESIGNATION OF HOSPITAL) NOTICE 2005

The Minister of Health and Family Services, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Mental Health Act 1968, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as Mental Health (Designation of Hospital) Notice 2005.

Designation of hospital

2 Section C, Remand Section of the Co-Educational Facility, Ferry Reach, St. George’s is hereby designated as a hospital for the purposes of the Mental Health Act 1968. [Paragraph 2 revoked and replaced by BR 51 / 2018 para. 2 effective 14 June 2018]
