LEYONI JUNOS (Civil Justice Advocacy Group)1 v THE GOVERNOR FOR BERMUDA Application taken on written submissions from: Ms Leyoni Junos (Civil Justice Advocacy Group) as Litigant in Person 1 The Applicant notes at the end of the Addendum to her Notice of Motion for Leave to Appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, that the statement by this Court in its Judgment (on the first page, in the first paragraph) that she said that she acts as McKenzie Friend on behalf of the Civil Justice Advocacy Group, is not true. She asserts that she never said this and that the Court has misconstrued the fact that, at its prompting, the Applicant had said that she had acted as a McKenzie Friend (who had been granted audience by the Supreme Court) to a homeless person in a related matter. The Applicant asserts that she is the co-administrator of the Civil Justice Advocacy Group and therefore brought this action in her personal name, since the group is unincorporated and has no legal personality.
